Step 4: Close deals together

What is Domira?
Domira is the real estate platform of Domira GmbH, based in Wiehl, Germany. It connects developers, real estate agents and finance brokers who sell and finance property in Spain.
Who is the platform for?
For professionals: developers list their projects, real estate agents manage and share their properties, and finance brokers find suitable properties for their clients. Each role has its own area.
How do I become a member?
Choose your role above, register and confirm your email address with the code we send you. You can then log in.
Who can see my properties?
Every property is reviewed by Domira before it becomes visible. Approved properties are visible to logged-in members of the network; exclusive properties only to the finance brokers you select.
Which documents can I upload?
You can upload images and PDF documents for each property, such as floor plans, building specifications or brochures. Members with access can view and download them.
How does the AI help me?
The AI assistant answers questions and searches the approved properties according to your wishes – for example by location, budget or number of bedrooms.
Where is my data stored?
The platform runs on a server in a data centre in Germany. You can find details in our privacy policy.
